Graphic Designer - 1 nos

Experience: 2+ years

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
  • Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print, and digital media
  • Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends
  • Study design briefs and determine requirements
  • Schedule projects and define budget constraints
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
  • Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
  • Work with copywriters and the creative director to produce the final design
  • Test graphics across various media
  • Amend designs after feedback
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and aligns with brand guidelines.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in graphic design

Digital Marketing Executive - 2 nos

Experience: 3+ years

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
  • Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Launch optimized online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook, etc. to increase company and brand awareness.
  • Coordinate with the Sales & Operations team to create marketing campaigns.
  • Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization, etc.)
  • Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing, product offers, and updates to the website.
  • Create and distribute marketing copy to advertise our company and products using CANVA, Adobe XD, etc.
  • Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends, etc.).
  • Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
  • Overseeing the company’s email marketing campaigns.

Required Skills and Experience:

UX/ UI Designer - 1 nos

Experience: 3+ years

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute the design projects across the entire product life cycle. You set the design tone for the entire product by working in close collaboration with product, engineering, and business teams.
  • Take a user-centred design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
  • Create wireframes specifications with interaction flows for website and mobile site.
  • Create sketches, graphics, templates, layouts, themes, typography, and visual standards for the app/website.
  • Test the design flows, screen mockups with the QA team to ensure all minute details are covered. Partner with front-end engineers on UI implementation.
  • Bring consistency to our UX at all touchpoints.
  • Meet multiple deadlines, prioritize work, and keep projects moving forward.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience as a Senior UX/UI designer.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in designing core experiences for consumer-facing products.
  • Portfolio or work samples showcasing design aptitude, creativity, depth of thought and the ability to solve complex design problems.
  • Proficient in working with Figma or other design tools.
  • Strong understanding of common UX patterns and UI patterns, Information Architecture, Prototyping.

Wordpress Developer - 2 nos

Experience: 2+ years

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Design and develop websites using WordPress.
  • Be accountable for delivery, scalability, readability, quality and maintainability of a project/product.
  • Attend regular meetings with management/stakeholders for brainstorming ideas and project updates.
  • Write high quality code by incorporating software best practices.
  • Find opportunities for simplifying complex projects, systems, services and processes.
  • Training and mentoring Mid Level and Junior developers and reviewing their codes.
  • Keep on top of the latest trends in the PHP/WordPress development domain.
  • Give talks about using a new feature/product.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in PHP and WordPress with e-commerce plugins like Woo Commerce.
  • 2+ years of experience developing custom themes and plugins for WordPress.
  • 2+ years of experience working with one or more hosting providers (eg – AWS, Digital Ocean, Blue Host).
  • Hands-on experience working with WordPress Multisites Network.
  • Complete understanding of WordPress Database Architecture, administration and management.
  • Deep understanding of performance enhancement hacks for WordPress based websites.
  • Have extensive experience in customizing both WordPress as well as Woocommerce.
  • Strong command on frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, Javascript and their frameworks like Bootstrap, Jquery, etc.
  • B.E., B.Tech or an advanced degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • Solid software development background including design patterns, system design and test driven development.
